Terms of Service
Effective 26 June 2026
By using Attunora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Attunora is a personal fitness and nutrition tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Its targets and suggestions are estimates based on the information you provide. Always consult a doctor before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Use the app at your own risk.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. The app creates an anonymous account for you; keep your device secure, as access to your data is tied to it.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your own personal, lawful use. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
Availability and changes
We provide the app on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app (Body → Privacy & data → Delete account), which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
